Biographie
FRANSIS is a Birmingham-born, London-based pop-rock artist whose music blends raw intensity with emotional vulnerability. Fusing razor-sharp hooks with fearless experimentation, her sound has drawn comparisons to artists such as Alanis Morissette, Florence Welch, Wolf Alice and Stevie
Nicks, while remaining unmistakably her own.
Beginning her career as a street busker, FRANSIS has since established herself as a songwriter, session vocalist and compelling live performer. Following the release of her debut EP and a string of acclaimed singles, she entered a new creative chapter with her first self-produced releases, Shame and Dead in the Water. Her music has received support from BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Music Introducing, while earning praise from publications including EARMILK & Louder Than War.
The stage is where FRANSIS truly thrives. Known for powerful, emotionally charged performances, she has built a reputation as an artist who captivates audiences with both her commanding voice and the undeniable chemistry she shares with her band. Together they have performed at respected festivals including Black Deer Festival, Cambridge Rock Festival, Moseley Folk & Arts Festival and Hanwell Hootie, alongside appearances at iconic venues including Twickenham Stadium, Emirates Stadium (home of Arsenal Football Club) and the Hard Rock Cafe, among many others.
Now entering an exciting new phase of her career, FRANSIS has joined forces with Apollo music distribution. With her first release through the partnership arriving this August, she continues to build momentum with music that is bold, authentic and impossible to ignore.
